ClassroomsCare is a classroom reading program designed to teach children about the joys of reading and giving.

For each class that reads 100 books by 27 June 2008, Scholastic Book Clubs will donate 100 new books* to one of its charity partners.

The charity partners are The Smith Family, Learning Links and Education Foundation.

Each of these organisations is distributing the books to children in under-resourced schools and communities.

*Up to 50,000 books.
