Andrew Daddo is a well-known face on Australian television. He worked on The Factory, moved to New York to host MTV, then returned to Australia to work on Australia 's Funniest People. He has since co-hosted morning television program Olympic Sunrise and more recently was a regular reporter on the travel program The Great Outdoors. He has also hosted the annual Logie Awards.
Since 2000 Andrew has written 11 best-selling children's books. His most recent is That Aussie Christmas Book, which was published in November 2007 by Scholastic Australia.
In 2007 Scholastic Australia appointed Andrew as its Brand Ambassador. His role as Ambassador is to help promote the importance of reading and to communicate Scholastic's vision of bringing children and books together.
Andrew lives in Sydney 's northern beaches with his wife Jacqui and their three children Felix, Bibi and Jasper.
