If I am not satisfied, how do I return my pack?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Scholastic At Home pack, simply call one of our Customer Care Consultants, who will arrange with you for the pack to be returned or alternatively, contact our Customer Care Team by email.
How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by simply calling our Customer Care Team on the number above, or alternatively, contact our Customer Care Team by email.
How can I receive a balance of my account?
To receive a balance of your account, simply call one of our Customer Care Team on the number above or or alternatively, contact our Customer Care Team by email.
What will be in my packs and how many will I receive?
Each Scholastic At Home pack is unique and the contents of each pack are specially selected to suite the reading age and ability of a particular group. Refer to the letter that accompanies your product despatches for further information and if you still have any other queries, contact our customer Care Team on the above number, or alternatively contact our Customer Care Team by email.
I have not received my pack yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your pack approximately four weeks after placing your order or receiving your previous pack, please call our Customer Care Team, who will be able to locate the status of your pack and advise you of its arrival, or alternatively, contact our Customer Care Team by email.
I have lost my invoice. What do I do?
To make a payment when you have lost your invoice, simply call one of our Customer Care Consultants, who will be able to quote your Reference/Membership Number to you. You can then make your payment via mail, phone or the internet (using BPAY).
