COLLECTIONS OF REAL BOOKS TO SUIT ALL STUDENTS
Lexile® collections are libraries of recently released real books with Lexile levels and matching online quizzes.
The books have been selected from Australian and international publishers for their student appeal and educational suitability.
If you are new to Lexile you’ll need to order either:
- The Primary Starter Kit – with 40 titles from across Lexile levels suitable for Middle to Upper Primary classes,
or - The Middle Years Starter Kit – with 40 titles suitable for Upper Primary to Lower Secondary students, including some Young Adult titles.
Once you have purchased the Starter Kit, you can register your teachers and classes online.
If you are already a Lexile user, you can choose from titles grouped in different Lexile bands.
- Less than 500L – suggested for students aged 8+ years
- 500-700L – suggested for students aged 9+ years
- 700-900L – suggested for students aged 10+ years
- 900L+ – suggested for students aged 11+ years
Student Licences
You also need an individual student licence for each student from your school who enrols in the Lexile Framework.
This licence holds the data for each individual student.
