We look for a variety of teachers to advise us. The group has to be representative of as many primary school teachers as possible, including new teachers and veterans; teachers in high and low socio-economic areas; teachers in the suburbs, cities and small towns; and teachers who order frequently and those who order infrequently. We also seek ethnic diversity and a range of teaching styles.
