Maddy Mara is the pen name for Hilary Rogers (author of Girltopia and experienced children's publisher), and Meredith Badger (author of many books including Shift, Fairy School Drop-Out, and titles in hit series Go Girl and Zac Power), who are writing together for the first time under the pen name Maddy Mara, the melding of their respective daughters' names.
