Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
1. Any registration through scholastic.com.au/nfrm for the Scholastic National Family Reading Month Challenge during the Promotional Period is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below.
2. Instructions on ‘How to enter’ and prizes also form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
ELIGIBILITY
4. The promotion is open to Australian residents only who register for the event at scholastic.com.au/nfrm
5. Employees of the Promoter or related companies and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
DURATION OF PROMOTION
6. The Promotion commences at 12.01 AM AEST on 01/03/2026 and closes at 11.59 PM AEST on 30/04/2026.
7. Any registrations made outside the promotional period will be deemed invalid.
HOW TO ENTER
8. Draw your favourite Dav Pilkey character & tell us why they are your SUPA-buddy.
9. Submit your entry to the competition via Competitions@scholastic.com.au or mail to PO Box 579, Gosford, NSW 2250.
DETAILS OF PRIZE
10. Ten (10) winners across Australia and New Zealand will receive a SUPA-Epic Dav Pilkey Pack consisting of: Dog Man: Thirteen-Book Collection, Big Jim Believes (Dog Man #14), Dog Man: Sticker Book, Dog Man squishy, Dog Man stickers, Dog Man journal with pencil, Cat Kid Comic Club: Five-Book Collection, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Manga & Dog Man With Love: The Official Colouring Book valued at over $350.00 RRP per pack.
11. The winners will be selected at 11.00 AM AEST on 11/05/2026 at Scholastic Head Office, 76-80 Railway Crescent, Lisarow, NSW 2250.
12. The winners will be notified via email by 10/06/2026. 13. The promoter will be responsible for delivering the prize to the winners. Delivery may take up to six (6) weeks.
FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
14. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute.
15. The prize must be accepted as offered. It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
18. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded, a second prize draw will be conducted on 25/05/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted via email within two (2) business days.
19. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
20. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
